Recipe of the Week: Homemade Chicken Soup

1 whole chicken (cut to bite size pieces)

2 onions, 2 stalks of celery, 2 carrots, 1 bell pepper, 1 medium leek, 1 pound of yuca 4 potatoes, 1 zucchini, 2 garlic cloves, 1cup ground oats ½ cup of peas, 1pound portobello mushrooms.


Boil chicken in 3 quarts of water.

Add ingredients by texture, the harder the sooner, the softer, the lather.. 

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
